Please read our policy carefully before enrolling or purchasing any materials, as we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. This policy is outlined to ensure complete transparency with our students and parents, in accordance with the rules of our institute.

1. General Policy

All fees and payments made to Brain Booster Academy are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all modes of learning, registrations, product purchases, and screening tests.

2. Offline Coaching Classes (Ghansore Center)

• All Fees Are Final: Registration fees, admission fees, screening test fees, and full or partial tuition fees for offline classes at our Ghansore center are non-refundable for whatsoever reason.
• Expulsion or Withdrawal: No fees, or any part of the fees, will be refunded if a student decides to withdraw, stops attending classes, or is expelled due to indiscipline, lack of hard work, continuous absence, or if a parent/guardian misbehaves with institute staff.
• Cancelled Admission: If fee instalments are not paid within the stipulated time (plus a 10-day grace period), admission is automatically cancelled, and no claim for a refund of previously paid amounts will be entertained.

3. Online Premium Courses & Paid Study Materials

• Digital Products: All sales of online premium content, digital study materials, PDFs, and recorded lectures are final. No refunds will be granted once a purchase is made.
• Live Online Classes: Payments for live online courses are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the student attends the live sessions or withdraws before the course starts.

4. YouTube Content

Our content provided on the EgPadhai and EgPadhai11th YouTube channels is entirely free to access. Therefore, no refund policies apply to this content.

5. No Exceptions

Please note that this No Refund Policy applies unconditionally. We do not offer refunds, credits, or fee transfers for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, medical issues, change of mind, relocation, or scheduling conflicts. We strongly advise all students and parents to be completely certain of their commitment before making any payments.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
